Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Heavenly Strands Salon requires at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make your appointment, please kindly notify Heavenly Strands Salon at (843) 789-9184 as soon as possible to reschedule.
